About me
My name is Sue Deere and I am an enthusiastic maker of things (from fabric, from paper and from sponge cake). I also enjoy photography and gardening.

I live in Bath with my partner and our two black and white cats, in a 1950s semi I love to bits (and am permanently part-way through decorating). I am also deeply (and happily) involved with the Bath WI and am forever trying to recruit new members at craft markets. I organised the Bath WI craft events for a year and now take the lead with the website and social media.
I have a blog following my making and business developments, including offers and the occasional giveaway, and a second non-work blog, Deere Diary, to allow me to witter on about gardens and bees, cats and baking (warning: there are a lot of photos!).
You can follow me on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

Please feel free to leave a comment or to say hello, or email me with any questions at sue@deereyme.co.uk.

Hi Sue!
Been trying to get hold of you about the Modern Quilters’s Guild, but you are a no reply blogger and I can’t find your email address.
Can you email me please?
Thanks
Anna
I’ve really enjoyed your blog, and I’d like to nominate it for the Liebster Award! I tried to make sure that you hadn’t already received this, but if I missed that I apologize. I really hope you choose to accept it, and if you do, I can’t wait to read your answers to the questions. You can find out the details here: http://lifeandloveliness.wordpress.com/2014/01/12/liebster-award/. Best wishes, and I hope you have a lovely day! -Tessa
Thank you so much Tessa! I am really chuffed you like my blog and will do my best to respond appropriately.
Thanks for following my blog “Minerva’s Meanderings” – it’s lovely to meet another local blogger! I shall enjoy reading your exploits around Bath and see how they compare with my own experiences!
Alison
Hi Alison, I am looking forward to following your blog too. The internet brings together people separated geographically, but it is so nice to see someone nearby and appreciate a different perspective on my own home town.
Sue.
Hello Sue
What a fantastic website-it’s great and so is your work!
I laughed my socks off at the dapper gentleman!
Keep up the great work….
